The Board
Cambio's board consists of a 5x5 grid of cubes, and varies depending on the player. Before the game begins on a 5x5 board, 4 neutral symbols are placed on each corner of the board, and the players alternatively place one of their pieces on the board until the 5 of the first player's symbols and 4 of the second player's symbols are on the board. The remaining spaces are occupied with neutral symbols.
The Pieces
The game contains three groups of cubes with different symbols. One group of symbols is for the first player. One group of symbols is for the second player. The last group of symbols are the neutral symbols.
Rules
To win: The goal of the game is to make a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line composed of all 5 (varies depending on the board size) of your own symbols.
Before setting up the board, each player selects a symbol as their own. After the board is set, each player takes turns placing a spare cube with their symbol at the beginning of any row or column. When a player's piece is placed, the end cube is freed by lifting it from the board, and the remaining pieces are pushed along that line.
